Weekend Fun

Since we've been on the run so much lately, we decided we wanted to get away for the weekend. On Saturday we headed up the canyon and got a truck load of firewood. Yeah, we barely beat the snow! After the truck was loaded we kept going on up to Duck Creek and spent the night there. It was so beautiful with all the snow. Makayla and Kelli were both excited because they were able to see "2 deers" from the cabin. They thought that was really neat. It was fun just relaxing and being lazy and not thinking about all the things we should be doing (dishes, laundry, etc). We wanted to take a bunch of pictures, but that didn't really work out-it was too cold and wet and too close to naptime. We had tons of fun anyway!
