The girls ate their pizzas off their pink plates and drank pink lemonaide.
After dinner the girls painted their own little wooden treasure boxes. They said they enjoyed it, but a lot of them were concentrating on painting so much, they couldn't waste prescious paining time by tearing their eyes away from their masterpieces long enough for me to take a picture.
Makayla was definitely disappointed in the presents she got. Yeah, real sad, she got nothing at all that she wanted-ok, she got a lot of things she's been dying to have for a long time now... especially her very first Webkinz!
Finally the girls decorated their own pink cupcakes with pink frosting, pink sprinkles, pink marshamellows, and pink gummies. Again, they didn't like it very much, because that's just not the type of thing little girls like to do!
This was one of my favorite birthday parties we ever had. Makayla came up with most of the ideas on her own and all the girls that came were nice, polite, and just very well behaved. Go Pinkaliscious!*As a little side note, Laney is wearing a black shirt, not pink. She had a pink one on, but spilled a drop or two of water (literally) on it just before the party and since my girls are such sissies about that kind of thing, she had to change. She decided to wear her pink pants instead of a pink shirt. She wasn't a "Potty pooper" by not wearing pink. She said to make sure I wrote that.
