Funny Girl

Kelli: "Dad, I need a case!"
Jacob: "A case, what are you talking about? Eat your dinner and then you can have a case."
Kelli: "I can't eat dinner without a case!"

After a minute we finally realized she was asking for a bun for her hot dog. Usually she doesn't want one, but I guess this time she needed a "case". Where did that come from?


Last night we went to dinner at a place called Ninja. The tables are set up around a grill and the chef makes your food right in front of you. It's neat because they really put on a show. They throw their knives, spatulas, food, etc. in the air. They even cut up shrimp and threw it into all of our mouths-really fun to watch. Makayla and Kelli's favorite part was the fire. They put a little bit of oil on the grill then light it and flames shoot up high in the air. Then they used an onion to make a volcano that first shot up flames and then steam. After we left Makayla said she really wanted to go back to eat there for her birthday. Kelli said she can't wait to "eat at the fire store again ."
