For Easter we finally got to go back to Elsinore to visit my family after what seemed like forever. We finally got to meet Maylee, Becky and Steve's daughter. The girls, especially Laney, thought they were so big being able to hold such a little baby. Of course we also spent time at the barn checking out all cows and calves and kittens. Then we got to walk through mom and dad's house that they are building. Not much had been done on it, only the basement had been poured with cement, but it was fun to picture what it would look like.
The kids also had several easter egg hunts and painted eggs. They like doing those things anyway, but when they get to do them with their cousins and gramma and papa, it's just ten times better.
Easter morning was fun and chaotic watching all the kids dig in to their easter baskets.
