By the way, this was the first day I ever put Kelli's hair up in a ponytail. It stayed for a long time until the girls started wrestling on the bean bag. The bottom one of Laney is actually a few days later when she had just enjoyed eating a deviled egg. The girls got up early Saturday morning ready to search for eggs. Even though they have been having their own easter egg hunts for almost two weeks, they still enjoyed finding the eggs. Laney would squeal and giggle everytime she saw one. I think she was the most interested in finding the eggs until she saw her basket, of course. Once she saw the candy, well, what do you expect. We had only found about half the eggs hidden at our house when we took off to the park for Cedar City's huge egg hunt. Of course it was snowing (a tradition for Easter in Cedar City) but the girls didn't seem to mind. Jacob took the younger girls and I went with Makayla for her age group. Not that they needed it, but all the girls got lots of candy.

Last year I decided I wanted to make the girls Easter dresses. This year I decided they all have so many dresses they don't even wear what they have, so instead I decided to make them skirts- nothing fancy, just something they could wear them whenever they wanted to (which, since they are girly girls when it comes to clothes, is quite often). I finished Makayla and Laney's, but put off doing Kelli's because we went to Elsinore. I'll post pictures when I'm done this week. I can't believe I forgot to take pictures of the girls all dressed up on Sunday. They all had fancy dresses on and I even took extra time doing their hair. Oh well, we'll just have to play dress up another day!
